HTML&HTML is being prepared as a commercial template catalog. The final license must match the approved sales channel and the exact rights attached to each purchase.
Modification will be documented
Buyers will know what they may customize and how source-code changes affect support.
Raw redistribution will be addressed
Source-code resale and marketplace redistribution rules will be stated before sales are enabled.
Third-party assets remain traceable
Any external asset included in a template must have compatible commercial redistribution terms or be clearly identified as a placeholder.
Current status: final seller-approved license wording is pending. No previous Creative Commons, “perpetual buyout,” unlimited-deployment or indemnification wording should be treated as an active HTML&HTML sales promise.
